That is why we want to help you as much as you can so that you don't have to return items. Read below the measures that we have taken to reduce the need to return and to make the return process as environment-friendly as possible.
#1 The right size & style

The number one reason why people return items is because they have ordered the wrong size or multiple sizes with the intention to send back the wrong size. #2 Repair, repurpose or recycle
Is there something wrong with the items you ordered? Is repair needed? Or have you used your bikini for such a long time that it is time for a new one? Reach out to us! We will see what we can do to to repair, repurpose or recycle yours.
#3 Reuse our packaging
Maybe you really like the reusable bag in which we delivered your bikini. However, using a different packaging to return your items will generate waste. Let's make the decision easier for you: if you return your items in the same packaging that we sent it to you, we will send you a voucher of €5 to spend on your next purchase.
#4 Conscious shipping
Did you know that you can save up to 33% of CO2 emissions if you drop off your return package at a service point? Please think of the environment when returning items. Also, make sure that you use a trustworthy shipping company and are able to track the status. It would for sure be a waste if the package gets lost.
